Julia Morelli
Associate Programme Manager
Julia currently serves as Associate Programme Manager, where she supports the development and implementation of RESEMBID’s Programme Portfolio and management of stakeholder relationships. Before joining the Programme in Sint Maarten, Julia was in charge of the administrative and financial management of the Programme at Expertise France Headquarters in Paris.
Julia previously worked in the humanitarian sector: during the 5 years that she spent in Ecuador, she managed projects aiming at providing protection and assistance to refugees, migrants and people affected by conflicts.
She has worked with several NGOs and international organisations, of which the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees, the Jesuit Refugee Service, the Belgium Red Cross and the International Committee of the Red Cross.
Julia holds a Bachelor in International Relations from the University of Geneva, and a Master’s degree in Conflict, Security and Development from the University of Sussex.
