Performance Management Officer

Shannique is a seasoned professional with a strong background in monitoring, evaluation, and reporting, specializing in results-based management and strategic planning for social transformation initiatives. She has extensive experience in national and community-level development, with expertise in designing and implementing M&E frameworks, project management, and performance management in her various professional roles.

In her previous role as a Technical Analyst, Shannique played a key role in integrating the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) into Jamaica’s national planning frameworks, as well as supporting the monitoring and evaluation of the National Development Plan. Holding a Master’s in International Public and Development Management and a Bachelor’s in Social Policy & Development, Shannique brings a wealth of knowledge and skills to the RESEMBID team.

Her contributions to the programme will include leveraging her expertise in developing and strengthening data collection tools, advancing results-based frameworks, and ensuring data quality for effective project implementation and evaluation. Shannique is also passionate about capacity-building and strengthening partnerships, which will be instrumental in developing tools and frameworks that track and evaluate long-term success and impact, supporting evidence-based decision-making within the RESEMBID programme.
